A compact training tool
The virtual machine is a realistic training tool that allows an authentic simulation of real production processes. It consists of a compact workstation unit comprising a simulation computer, two monitors, a projector and a real machine control panel.
Learn from mistakes
A wrong setting can lead to machine damage. Very often, staff are afraid of making a mistake when learning to operate new machinery. Which is why they do not test all functions extensively.
Nothing can be damaged on a virtual machine, but it allows to see what would have happened if a mistake had been made on a real machine had been made.
Training without material consumption
In contrast to real production, where material, large amounts of energy and staff are required, a virtual operation is a 230-volt plug only.
Simulation of new configurations and processes
Digital Twins offer the possibility to test new configurations and technical processes in a virtual surrounding for the purpose that the physical product can be optimally designed.
